About an existing order
Please include the order reference from your confirmation email — it looks like TLA-4B7KQ2M and is shown on screen the moment your payment goes through. With that reference we can find your order straight away.
Confirmation emails send immediately and normally arrive within a minute. If nothing has appeared after a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to us. Your order is recorded whether or not the email reached you, so nothing is lost.

You never need an account to buy from us — checkout works as a guest. An account simply keeps your orders and delivery details together, at your account.
